Today was my first solo trek! I set off on my lonesome to New Lanark where I joined the Clyde Walkway for a very scenic walk with waterfalls a plenty! There was a pretty little ruined castle on the walk - Corra Castle. I also walked through a protected peregrine nesting area, and saw plenty of Bat Boxes. Corra Lin waterfall and the Falls of Clyde had some lovely view points, and although I was on my own the sound of the waterfalls kept me company.
